I'm Anthony West, a licensed real estate advisor with Sage Sotheby's International Realty, and I lead Houses of Kansas City, my brand within the brokerage focused on the metro's most distinctive properties: architecturally significant homes, historic estates, land and development opportunities, and luxury resale across Johnson County and the Kansas City metro.

What I Am NOT: A heavy volume producer on a team selling over $100M in real estate a year. As an individual agent (with access to incredible resources and networks) I value the relationships and time vested with each client I work with (Buyer/Seller/Investor/Developer).

My goal is to make their transaction as seamless as possible and I can do so at any price point.
