Three Remarkable Homes | Coming Soon

Some homes are simply places to live. Others carry a story, a point of view, or a sense of place you feel the moment you walk up the path. Those are the homes I’m drawn to, and this fall I’m proud to bring three of them to market.

Each is different from the others: a historic estate collection in Topeka, a boutique luxury residence in south Johnson County, and a quietly modern home in Mission. What they share is character. And character, presented with care, is what I do.

The Woodward Collection, Historic Holliday Park, Topeka

For more than three decades, The Woodward has been one of Topeka’s most beloved historic homes, a bed and breakfast that has welcomed wedding parties, business travelers, and conference guests to Historic Holliday Park.

Now, for the first time, it is offered as a complete collection: three fully furnished historic homes on the same street, totaling more than 14,600 square feet, plus four additional parcels.

The Woodward is the centerpiece, a 1923 Gothic English Tudor estate with ivy-covered brick, leaded glass, and a soaring two-and-a-half-story library that has to be seen to be believed.

Tucked on a quiet cul-de-sac in Lido Villas, this is one of the few truly modern homes in the neighborhood.
